Every 6 months you need to earn targeted points. If not your tier will be reduced no matter your points hit higher tier. Once you hit a higher tier and keep earning targeted points within 6 months, you will hang in that tier even if you redeem all available points. For Member Tier, if you can’t earn targeted point within 6 months, point will be expired.
